1. Returns Eligibility

Due to the nature of cosmetic products and hygiene standards, we only accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

Products opened, used, or with broken seals are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • 24 hours (for missing items)
     

After this period, we may not be able to process a return or refund.

Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after approval.

5. Delivery Charges

  • If the error is on our end (wrong/damaged item), we cover the return shipping costs.
     
  • If the return is for personal reasons, the customer must cover delivery costs.
     

6. No Refunds or Returns On:

  • Opened or used items
     
  • Products purchased on clearance, special deals, or promotional offers
     
  • Minor packaging damage that does not affect product quality
