5. Delivery Charges
- If the error is on our end (wrong/damaged item), we cover the return shipping costs.
- If the return is for personal reasons, the customer must cover delivery costs.
6. No Refunds or Returns On:
- Opened or used items
- Products purchased on clearance, special deals, or promotional offers
- Minor packaging damage that does not affect product quality
